OOTB Takes Over St. Luke's Theatre in Midtown

Following her time at Theater 154, Liz Flemming signed a 10-year lease to take over Saint Luke's Theater.


Out of the Box Theatrics takes over St. Luke's Theatre in midtown Manhattan.

Out of the Box ended up moving in 3 months earlier than planned to transfer their production of Beau to Midtown. They came on as both lead producers and General Managers for a commercial Off-Broadway run.
